The Rundown: Moonshine Bigfoot waits for a new adventure as his adversary steps up his plans for the cryptid.

After a night of partying, Moonshine and Amethyst head back to their home to determine why his latest batch has been giving people strange visions. After revealing that some strange mushrooms he found near the still were added to the brew, he heads out to get some replacement parts for his car.
At the same time, Big Level continues to take control of his father’s organization as they search for the mutated cryptid they let loose and he oversees the upgrades to the sheriff meant to hunt down Moonshine.
The Story: Marlow and Howard continue to create a fun, thrilling adventure in this follow up issue. I love the Dukes of Hazzard vibe to the series and can almost hear Waylon Jennings as I read the narration. The characters are fun and engaging and the world building is great. The story mixes humor and thrills really well and has enough tension and suspense to keep me coming back for more.
The Art: Ellis delivers awesome art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of this issue and how it captures the mood of tone of both the story and the setting.
